Refund policy

At Veyra, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer easy exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please ensure the product is unused, all tags are intact, the packing is in its original condition.

Exchanges
Please note that items bought during sales or promotions cannot be exchanged. Due to variations in screen settings, lighting, and photography, the color or texture of the product may slightly differ from what appears online. For this reason, exchanges will not be accepted based solely on color discrepancies.

Exchanges or refunds will only be processed for defective or incorrect products. In the event of receiving a defective or wrong item, please reach out to our customer service within 3 days of delivery with clear images of the product. Once reviewed by our team, we will offer an online store voucher of the same value.

Refunds
Veyra maintains a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases, such as if the product is out of stock. In such cases, refunds will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will include the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please allow up to 7 days for processing returns, and up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your card statement.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. After the product has been shipped, our Exchange & Return Policy will apply. Veyra reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or issues with credit card authorization.
